Coaching – 1 Hour.
A 1-hour coaching is where you meet or speak with LT Consultants regarding your personal or business issues or challenge. An assessment is not required and not included but strongly recommended.

Half Day Facilitation for teams – 4 Hours
A half-day facilitation is where LT Consultants comes in to work with your team to debrief their assessments and illustrate where there are strengths, alignment, and potential conflict. The assessments are not included in the coaching price and must be purchased to set up a half-day coaching session. The assessments provide LT Consultants’ with each person’s perspective on how they see their situation and how others perceive them. Best group size is a maximum of 16 people, but more can be done at one time.

Full Day facilitation for teams – 8 Hours
A full-day facilitation is where LT Consultants comes in to work with your team to debrief their assessments and illustrate where there are strengths, alignment, and potential conflict. In addition, the afternoon is spent working through a real work issue and using just in time learning to show how the group can work together more effectively. At the end of the day the team is in alignment and real work is accomplished. The assessments are not included in the price and must be purchased to set up the full-day coaching session. The assessments provide LT Consultants’ with each person’s perspective on how they see their situation and how others perceive them. Best group size is no more than 25 people.

Two-Day Workshop facilitation 
These are customized programs designed around the organization’s needs or goals. Significant amounts of work can be accomplished in these two-day sessions when all leaders are gathered with minimal outside distractions. Types of sessions include: Leadership Development, Strategic Visioning, Regional Team Meetings, Innovation and Creativity, Re-designing service to meet customer’s changing needs. Time is normally allocated to debrief assessments. The purpose is to understand the leadership teams’ strengths and weaknesses. As actions are set accountability can be assigned to those who have strengths in those competencies, or for those with weaknesses where a support system is established and can be used for developmental improvement.
